This residential building is situated in Dragalevtsi district in Sofia. The neighborhood is mainly “villas” which defined the terraced architecture descending to the south with the sloped terrain. The building consists of three maisonettes each with direct access from the living room to the courtyard. The facade is designed with architectural concrete, wood blinds and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living areas have huge sliding windows facing the yard, allowing the outside greenery to enter the interior. The bedrooms and bathrooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and wooden blinds for more privacy. The building is opened towards the courtyard with its large windows and closed to the street with quite reduced windows and blinds. Each dwelling has a spacious south terrace.
